These delicious pudding cups are a healthy addition to any morning routine. This healthy breakfast recipe is for individual chia pudding cups, so it’s easy to make as much as you need!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
  • ¼ cup almond milk, vanilla flavoured unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp. organic vanilla greek yogurt or coconut cream
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Directions

  1. Measure hemp and chia into a parfait cup or bowl.
  2. Add almond milk.
  3. Stir to mix well.
  4. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes (or overnight) in the fridge.
  5. Once seeds have absorbed all the liquid from the almond milk, spoon 1 to 2 tbsp. of yogurt on top and garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.

Recipe makes one serving.
