Food Sensitivities Cooking Class

Here at True Potential, we do a lot of testing for food sensitivities and we spend a lot of time helping out patients adjust their diets and eliminate foods that are problematic.  Despite our best efforts, we just can’t be in the kitchen to help as you find new recipes to suit your new diet.  That’s why I’m excited to introduce you all to Leanne, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who hosts cooking classes from her own kitchen.  Leanne has agreed to put together a class specifically for people who are dealing with multiple food sensitivities.  This is a great way to kick-start what can sometimes be a daunting change to your diet and lifestyle, PLUS you get to taste all the food AND take home the recipes.  Here are the details:

Learn Healthy Cooking

Join Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and healthy food blogger Leanne Brunelle, for an afternoon of learning how to make easy-to-prepare, healthy and delicious meals and snacks while avoiding all common food allergens. You will learn how to make a quick breakfast, lunch and supper, as well as a delicious, portable snack recipe. All recipes will be free from: dairy, eggs, nuts, corn, soy, gluten, meat and sugar, but taste so good you will never even notice what you are missing.  You will get to learn about and try some new-to-you ingredients and how to prepare them, so come hungry!

Location: 685 Hill St, Grasswood (2 minutes south of Stonebridge on Clarence)
