New Faces on the True Potential Health Services Team
One of the big lessons I have learned over the years is that the only consistent thing in life is change. That’s right – just when you think you have everything all sorted out, the winds of change come blowing in again, signalling the opportunity for growth and expansion.
The month of October brought change to our group of dynamic doctors, therapists and staff as we wished Gloria farewell and good luck in a her new life ventures, and we welcomed in the new (yet familiar face to some of you) energy and talent from Wendy Lucyshyn, our new Clinic Administrator (pictured above).
Wendy comes to us with a vast and diverse background (you can read all about her in her biography on our website), so if you haven’t had the chance to meet her or talk with her on the phone yet, you are in for a treat. Between our Energetic Emily and Wonderful Wendy, there has been great synergy happening at the front desk…
Most recently we have added yet another smiling face at our front desk – Jacqueline. Our services have expanded to the point that we want to ease the flow of movement in and out of our space by having additional staff to meet your needs.
I feel so blessed for the support Gloria provided the past three years, as she was very closely involved during a rapid period of growth and expansion, and her enduring smile and laughter will always be remembered – Thank YOU Gloria.
Treatment Sheet Tip
In our efforts to streamline and enhance your service experience with our front desk staff, we kindly request that you bring your treatment sheet with you to refill supplement orders. This achieves two things – it ensures you will always get the accurate product, and will save you the inconvenience of having to make a second trip to our office for refills.
Since treatment sheets sometimes go missing or don’t happen to be on you when you might want to stop in for refills, we suggest you take a picture of your treatment sheet and keep this on your phone – you are more likely to have your phone on you than you are your treatment sheet!!!
PLEASE NOTE: OUR STAFF IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PULL YOUR CHART TO LOOK UP THE NAMES OF PRODUCTS PRESCRIBED TO YOU BY YOUR DOCTOR. THIS PROTECTS YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY AND PREVENTS THE WRONG PRODUCT FROM BEING DISPENSED TO YOU.
