These delicious pudding cups are a healthy addition to any morning routine. This healthy breakfast recipe is for individual chia pudding cups, so it’s easy to make as much as you need!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. hemp hearts
- ¼ cup almond milk, vanilla flavoured unsweetened
- 2 tbsp. organic vanilla greek yogurt or coconut cream
- Fresh berries for garnish
Directions
- Measure hemp and chia into a parfait cup or bowl.
- Add almond milk.
- Stir to mix well.
- Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes (or overnight) in the fridge.
- Once seeds have absorbed all the liquid from the almond milk, spoon 1 to 2 tbsp. of yogurt on top and garnish with fresh fruit of your choice.
