1 cup coconut oil and ¼ cup coconut milk

1/4 – 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup raw honey

1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

½ tsp pure almond extract

Pinch of salt


  1. Line a standard 9 inch pan with parchment paper
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut oil and coconut milk. Using an electric hand mixer, beat on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth (about 5-7 minutes)
  3. Add in all the other ingredients and mix until everything is smooth
  4. Transfer to a loaf pan and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
