FAQs
Appointments can be booked by contacting our office at 306-373-5209 or by using our online booking links, which you can find on our fees and services page.
Please know that we value both your time and ours. When you book an appointment with one of our practitioners, that time is set aside to focus on you, along with additional time to prepare for the appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and cancellation may be required. If you do need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule by email at contact@truepotentialhealth.com or by phone at 306-373-5209.
To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, please make sure you contact us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations requested within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your appointment. Unless an alternate method of payment is arranged, all cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided to us at your initial booking.
You will be required to provide your credit card information at the time of booking. For telemedicine appointments, your card will be charged immediately after your completed appointment. For in-clinic appointments, you can choose to pay with the card on file or to use another method of payment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or if you miss your appointment, your card will be charged the cancellation fee at that time.
For all charges, your receipt will be emailed immediately after payment is processed to the email address provided at the time of booking.
At this time, none of our services are covered by Saskatchewan Health, but coverage may be included in your health care plan. You are responsible for determining whether your service qualifies for reimbursement from your insurance provider and for submitting claims and any required documents.
We do not offer direct billing, but we will provide you with a detailed invoice following your appointment that includes your name, your provider’s name and title, your provider’s license number (if applicable), and the date and description of your service.
If you are a new patient, you will be required to complete a set of secure electronic intake forms prior to your first appointment. These forms will be included in the confirmation email that you will receive at the time of booking and are best filled out using a desktop or laptop computer, rather than on a mobile device. Forms need to be completed no later than 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment to give your practitioner time to review them. Your practitioner may choose to reschedule your appointment if forms are still missing or incomplete on the day of your appointment, in which case you may be subject to the cancellation fee.
For naturopathic care, if you have recent blood work, please bring copies to your appointment or email them in advance to contact@truepotentialhealth.com. If you have an eHealth account, use the instructions below to download and send your results.
Your video conference link will be included in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails. We use the secure telemedicine platform doxy.me. At the time of your appointment, click the link emailed to you to launch your video conference in-browser.
At your scheduled appointment time, your care provider will call you at the phone number you provided during booking. To get the most out of your call, we recommend taking the call in a quiet place with minimal distractions.
Records can be sent in PDF form by email to contact@truepotentialhealth.com. Please be sure to include your care provider’s name in the subject line of your email. If you have an e-health account, use the instructions below to download your records in PDF form.
