Visit #1
Prepare to review your health history and present concerns with Dr. Fleury, ND. Together, you will go over the detailed information in your intake form (which will be sent to you prior to your first appointment) to come up with a treatment plan and determine if the Menopause Program is right for you.
You can get ready for your first appointment by compiling the following:
- Bloodwork and imaging results from the past two years
- List of all supplements you are currently using or keep at home
Two tests will be performed between your first and second visits:
- Food sensitivity test
- Body composition analysis

About a week after your first appointment, it's time to check in with Dr. Fleury and see if any adjustments to your treatment plan are needed. If there was not enough time to complete the body composition analysis in your first visit, it can be done at this time.
Visit #3
At the 2 week mark, it's time to review your recent bloodwork. If you don't have any, Dr. Fleury can help to request relevant lab tests to help you get a clearer picture of your health.

About a month after your first visit, your Food Sensitivity Test results will be ready! Dr. Fleury will review these results with you and guide you on your next steps. You will leave this appointment with access to the at-home Anti-Inflammatory program to help guide you through your new dietary changes.
Visit #5
At the 2-month mark, it's time to discuss the results of the Anti-Inflammatory Program. It may be time to make adjustments to your supplements and treatment plan.
At this point, we will explore further testing to understand your omega status, a crucial step toward reducing inflammation.
Dr. Fleury will wrap up your visit with a discussion of how to continue supporting your health over the next 10 months.

At the 3-month mark, it's time to review your progress! You will do a repeat BIA test and wrap up The Mood Makeover™ online program.
There will be time to discuss any further testing you'd like to do and to review any omega test results.
Dr. Fleury will ensure you are equipped to continue your journey with the tools you need to succeed.
