Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
