Dr. Marcoux’s Stress Cleanse — Part 3

Welcome to the third week of my STRESS CLEANSE CHALLENGE! By now you should have completed your journal exercise as indicated in part 2. I hope this activity helped you connect to the ways that stress infiltrates our lives and affects our well-being. I hope it also helped you to see how balanced your life is in terms of stress and relaxation.

For part 3, I will be sharing my favorite techniques for reducing stress and increasing your ability to truly relax and turn off your busy brain. Many of these techniques are also useful for improving sleep, so if stress is interfering with your ability to get some good shut eye, you can use these techniques at bedtime as well as during the day.
