Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, or oregano)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Toss your dried seeds with the oil and seasonings until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once the oven is preheated, roast the seeds for 20-30 minutes or until golden-brown and crispy. Check and stir them every 10 minutes to ensure even roasting.
