We want you to know what has changed
Effective August 1, 2016:
- We will be requiring all clients to present their treatment sheets or a picture of your treatment sheet to client services when refilling products from our dispensary WITHOUT EXCEPTION. We have your safety as priority, and accuracy in refilling products is achieved with the original treatment sheet.
- We have implemented an expiry date on your treatment sheet which is individualized by your doctor. Once the expiry date has been reached, we will be encouraging you to book in with your doctor for a brief check-up where they can be updated on any changes in your current health conditions, recent bloodwork, medication, life circumstances and lifestyle. This will ensure there are no contraindications between medications and supplements, and will also identify any changes that need to be made to your current regime to best support you currently.
- If you arrive to our clinic for refills and have forgotten your treatment sheet, you will receive kind words and a warm smile from our client services team reminding you of our policy, with the suggestion that you return with your treatment sheet. Again, remember that this is in place for your personal safety and optimal healthcare.
