Ingredients for protein-packed power bowl

½ cup cauliflower “rice”

½ cup cooked quinoa

Veggies: 

Handful sprouts

⅓ cup shredded cabbage

½ cup shredded carrots

¼ cup shredded beet

½ avocado, diced

Protein:

½ can wild-caught salmon 

Toppings & Dressing: 

2 tbsp hemp hearts

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

¼ cup sauerkraut

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Juice of ½ lemon 

2 tbsp olive oil 

1 tsp MCT oil (optional)
